Support
We're here — just not for urgent health things.
Trellis is a small team. We answer every email, usually within two business days. Below is how to reach us, and — importantly — what we can and can't help with.

If this is urgent
We're a wellness tool, not a medical provider. Please do not email us about active symptoms or urgent medication questions — our response time won't match the urgency.
- Medical emergency (severe pain, persistent vomiting, difficulty breathing, visual changes) — call 911 or your local emergency number.
- Mental health crisis or thoughts of self-harm — call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
- Medication questions — call your prescriber or pharmacist. They know your medical history; we do not.
- Insurance or prior-authorization help — your prescriber's office is the right starting point. The App can generate a prior-authorization packet for them to use.
Frequently asked
Is Trellis a medical device?
No. It is a wellness and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend doses. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
Which medications does it cover?
Semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelsus) and tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro), plus compounded variants. The App includes titration schedules and missed-dose logic drawn from each medication's public prescribing information.
Does my data leave my phone?
Not by default. Everything you enter is stored on your device. If you turn on Cloud Backup in Settings, an encrypted copy is synced to our infrastructure so you can restore on a new phone. You can turn it off any time — doing so deletes the remote copy.
Is there an AI chatbot?
No. We made a deliberate decision not to route your health data through any large-language-model service. The App uses rule-based logic and a clinician-reviewed library of guidance content that ships with the App itself.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open the App, go to Settings → Data & Privacy. You can export everything as JSON or a PDF, and you can delete all local and remote data permanently. Deletion honors within 30 days.
Can I share my data with my provider?
Yes — the App generates a Provider Visit Report PDF you can email or print. It is not a medical record; it is a summary of what you've logged to support the conversation with your prescriber.
